Microsoft warns of Kinect Shortages Ahead of Launch; Playstation Move Tallied About 300K Units in the United States

Last month, Microsoft's Aaron Greenberg predicted that Kinect would sell more than three million units before the end of 2010, it looks they're couldn't back up the claim. As, Microsoft has begun warning consumers about the possibility of Kinect hardware shortages when the Xbox 360 motion controller comes out next month.
