Comment on Is it time for a charter to improve the emails we send? by Peter

These are the same "rules of email" I've been seeing for 10 years, nothing new here. This whole idea sounds like a bunch of self-proclaimed experts chasing a problem that doesn't exist for most people. Maybe THEY just can't figure out how to deal with email, but most of the rest of the users seem to be getting along just fine.
