Forefront Identity Manager: Making It Easy for Administrators
How many people on the help desk, security, or administration team support basic user-management functions, for example, group membership management, password reset, and Active Directory account creation? If one could automate these processes based on Human Resources data (Cost center, job function, and location) and expose more self-service functions to the user through a single, integrated platform, wouldn't that be easy? Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager 2010 provides this functionality natively and can greatly simplify day-to-day user management processes.

Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG) Server Pack One (SP1) Release Candidate
The release candidate version of Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG) SP1 provides a number of new features, including support for publishing ADFS 2.0; an improved Forefront UAG DirectAccess experience; one-time password (OTP) authentication for DirectAccess clients, and integration of Forefront UAG Update 1 and Update 2.
