*UPDATE: According to Skype's status blog, the've gotten everything fixed to the point that only Brazil is affected.
EARLIER: Skype is currently in the middle of its second outage in the space of only a couple weeks.
A few minutes ago, the update from the official @skype Twitter account said, "We've identified the cause of the problem, and have begun to address it."
A link to the Skype blog says that users affected by the outage can expect to see improvements in the hour.
This no doubt has to bother Microsoft, who recently bought Skype for $8 billion.
