I agree with your idea. I am currently a MobileMe subscriber, but if it doesn't go free or significantly reduce in price (at its current features), I may not renew this fall. Google Apps is increasing in features and reliability - and its free!

Comment on If an App Is Your Content Strategy, You Are Doomed by Dan

Zineo interested me for a long time but didn't make sense until my iPad. Smithsonian and Car And Driver subs at half or less. See everything in mag with text option for easy reading plus clips or extra pics. Reading at night without turning on lights to bother wife. Very pleased! Also happy with Economist that works about the same. Probably will go without the print version when sub up. From iPad.

Comment on Accelerate Your Startup: Get the Right Product/Market Fit by Dan Cornish

I am very interested in how to scale. Can you also address scaling without VC money? I know it might sound crazy, but if you scale a business without VC for a while the valuations get much better. Every $1 million in sales creates anywhere between 2x and 20x in value.
